Responsibilities:
- Manage overall inventory data including receiving, orderly and organized inventory storage.
- Maintenance and management of timely data entry and tracking of inventory in ERP Inventory Data Management and Conducting inventory cycle and physical counts.
- Identify and solve issues with production data proactively.
- Work with Quality Assurance and Production departments to complete tasks
- Identify recipe errors and proactively report to Quality Assurance
- Verify recipes are executed by mass production properly.
- Train plant operator to record accurate production data.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
- College Diploma or High School degree.
- Fluency in English but Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) would be preferred
- Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.
- The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to contribute effectively to a team environment;
