Sr. Blockchain Developer

We are looking for a cooperative and confident team member with a curious and inquisitive mind to help us build our blockchain solution for provable statements and transparent processes. 

As we know, not all responsibilities are required on a day-to-day basis. They are more a guideline to know what to expect to work on.

• Work in a small and fast-paced team to build the protocol
• Improve and optimize current blockchain solution
• Serve as the technology lead, hiring developers and executing on maintenance and management tasks
• Collaborate with the global team to prioritize tasks and create milestones
• Serve as the spokesperson when appropriate for the company.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Have

Here is the list that we absolutely need:

• Be proficient in one of the following smart contract languages: Solidity
• At least 2 years experience developing for ethereum or evm-compatible chain
• Solid understanding of The Graph and subqueries
• Understanding of statistics and data analytics
• Fluent written and spoken English 
• Write clear and concise code with understanding of CI/CD
• Solid experience with Github and Git.
• Good written and spoken communication in a multilingual team
• A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
• Mobile app development experience (ios and/or android)

Nice to have

This list outlines the optional knowledge that will be helpful to you on an almost day-to-day basis.

• Financial Institution experience preferred
• Good understanding of Substrate framework
• Write custom modules in Substrate Framework
• Data Analytics experience
