An IT tech support analyst to provide technical support and analysis as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Explain technical terminology in a simple and straightforward fashion
  • Research various web hosting platforms and identify the best solution for a given criteria
  • Edit chatbot template to suit employer's needs
  • Troubleshoot basic chatbot behaviour

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based web design and development
  • Basic knowledge of chatbot behaviour
  • Website design and web hosting
  • Domain migration
  • Post-secondary IT qualification
