What is a Sales Hunter?

B2B Account Executive, Regional Sales Representative, or Sales Development Associate, no matter what the title is, the most accurate word to describe a professional salesperson is with the word "Hunter".

Someone who isn't afraid to aggressively chase down new leads and will be uber diligent about following up, all the while having the finesse to know when and how to turn up the charm to close the deal. Sales Hunters are competitive and hungry for their next sale. While others are trying to make a living, a sales hunter's main driver is to make a killing in commissions. The Sales Hunter is highly emotionally intelligent and understands the needs and triggers of their customers. They are always seeking to improve the customer experience while under-promising and over-delivering on internal and external client expectations. A Sales Hunter asks A LOT of questions because they know that the best way to learn and improve is to seek assistance and expertise from others.

What you're looking for

Sales Hunters at The Canadian Workplace Culture Index receive a base salary with commissions for every new sale closed. When you do well, we do well as a company, so it only makes sense for us to remove any limits or ceilings for the commissions you can make.

Outside of just giving you the right tools to make money, we are proud to have a casual work environment that celebrates every hard-earned win and enjoys the team's successes.

Other great benefits of working with our company include:

·      Competitive base salary + Commission - $60,000 - $85,000/year
